How we work

The same route every time: understand the decision, define the measure, build the pipeline, keep it running.

Four stages

Most builds move through all four. A market study stops after the third.

  1. Discovery

What does the business need to decide, who decides it, and what would change depending on the answer? We map the data that exists, the data that is missing, and the shortest path between them.

  2. Design

Metric definitions in writing, a data model, the sources we will connect or collect, the tools we will build in, and a fixed scope and price. You see the plan before anything is built.

  3. Build

Pipelines, warehouse, collection jobs, dashboards and reports, with tests and monitoring from the first day. We work in your accounts so there is nothing to migrate later.

  4. Operate

We keep the numbers current and correct, handle new questions and sources, and review the reporting with you on a regular cadence. Or we hand over, with documentation that lets your team continue.

What we hold to

Start from the decision

A dashboard nobody acts on is a cost. Everything we build is traced back to a decision someone has to make.

Numbers you can trace

Every figure has a written definition and a path back to its source. If it cannot be traced, it does not go in the report.

Automation over headcount

Pipelines run themselves. Humans spend their time on what the numbers mean, not on refreshing them.

Your tools, your data

We build inside your accounts wherever we can. You own the data, the models and the dashboards; we document them so you are never dependent on us.

Collect responsibly

Public sources only, within the rules of each, with considerate request volumes and no personal data without a lawful basis and a documented need.

Tell us what you need to decide.

We will tell you what data it takes, what we can build, and how long it takes to get there.
